Connecting a site? Include your site address. It usually lets us spot the issue from the first email. The setup guide also covers the most common fixes (Permalinks set to “Plain”, Application Passwords turned off by a security plugin).
A fix you want to reverse? Ask your assistant to “undo that” — your originals are on your own site. If that doesn’t work, email us the site address and the image.
Billing, receipts or refunds? Include your account email and the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. See the refund policy.
Deleting your data? Email us from your account address. See the privacy policy.
